I never teach my pupils; I only attempt to provide the conditions in which they can learn. ~ Albert Einstein ~ [Source]

Albert Einstein was someone who kept on learning and was always interested in physics. His involvement in solving the problems have paved the way for the years to come and we are now enjoying the results of his persistance in finding the solutions.

By being willing to learn, one will proceed on and gain better things in life. Ajay Banga from Citigroup is an excellent example as his constant moving across the globe included uprooting from India to London and Brussels just to name a few.

In every change of the work environment, there are always changes to be made and new rules to be learned. One can’t just ignore every company’s rule and declare one’s own rules and think everyone will adapt to you. One has to adapt and learn the rules of each environment. Even when visiting a friend’s home.

Learning is an ongoing process and if one stops just because of having completed academic education, then one hasn’t grasped the concept of learning. Personal development is for people who are willing to learn and change for themselves. One doesn’t change for others. Change is for self as we feel good about the changes.

Simple changes for ourselves can include developing a new habit to make better decisions, being less judgemental, start each day positively as it will determine our progress for the rest of the day and smiling at everyone you pass by.

What have you learn so far that your life has taken a change for the better?
