My recipe for dealing with anger and frustration: set the kitchen timer for twenty minutes, cry, rant, and rave, and at the sound of the bell, simmer down and go about business as usual. ~ Phyllis Diller ~ [Source]

We are frustrated when things don’t go our way. That’s when we scream in anger. We rant to someone during this period and have never thought of making use of an accomplishment log. Dealing with frustration takes time and persistence.
Determination to see things through will help us to overcome the initial frustration when things go wrong. It takes practice and we do get better as we go along with the flow. Being deeply affected by this negative feelings may obstruct the flow of logic.
How would you deal with frustration?
