As long as one is working, there will be politics to be dealt with. Especially negative ones. With so much negativity in the world, it can be difficult to change the view to positive when dealing with people. It’s often easier to go with the flow. However, it can be tiring to deal with such trival issues day in and day out.
This can be reduced when playing dumb technique is applied. Just a little improvement each day and you will be less affected by this even after work. Understand that if you start gossiping, others will be wary of you as you will be seen as one of those who backstab.
In addition, adopt the 7 habits to help yourself in such situations. Getting personal and taking sides won’t help much since you will always be forced to take sides one day if the situation arises.
