Many often, standing around the cooler, you hear people talking about how bad their job is. You might have even seen the following below.

The phrase job satisfaction may have been over used to the point where one thinks that the job is the only thing that is going to bring happiness. Factors include feelings, attitude and beliefs that determine our happiness at work. Yet, many might not have good relationship with their bosses and working there only because they have to; not want to.
If the truth be told, it might just mean one thing; paying out $1000 is too much for the company, paid $1000 is too little for the employee. Sometimes, it’s not even about the money either. So, what is job satisfaction?
Maybe being able to commit at work might just mean that recognition that you have contributed how ever small your effort may be, to the company. Humans have this raw need to be praised and affirmed that their purpose at a certain place is worth it. Time is precious. No one else in this world has more than 24 hours per day.
