If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy, and inspires your hopes. ~ Andrew Carnegie [Source]
There is a Happy Place for everyone when they need some cheering up. For some, it’s their warm haven; the bedroom. For others, it could be the sea whereby the sound of the waves crashing upon the sands soothes their moods and feel their emotions subsiding to a still before taking the next course of action.
The Happy Place can be a state of the mind that puts us at ease and able to take up the challenges again. It gives us the energy to carry on. To reach that state, some look for someone to release the frustrations and gain some relief. The person receiving the negative energy will need to be happy and emotionally stable enough to withstand the negative vibes.
Sometimes, animals are comforting in their own way as they will receive the negative emotions and forget it when it’s over. With little known facts about the memories of animals; especially their short term memories, they bring a form of relief when it is most needed.
