Worry is A Part of Life

When I look back on all these worries, I remember the story of the old man who said on his deathbed that he had had a lot of trouble in his life, most of which had never happened ~ Winston Churchill ~ [Source]

Parents worry about their children’s health from buying the best and most expensive milk formula in hopes that the brains will be developed better to whether they will find stable jobs. Once they see that no job in sight, they start to push different ways to earn money to their children despite the lack of expertise and passion for that job. When nothing is still being done, they start to scold the children for not worrying about the future.
What is the future? Can we hold it in our hands? Can we hold destiny in our hands too? Can we really see the future or plan for the future? With the bankruptcy of the Lehmann Brothers being filed, the employees of AIG and AIA, and policyholders of AIA have been crying out for compensation.
Everyone is worried that they will never receive their money and AIA will be closed down as it has strong ties with AIG. Despite reassurances that AIA in different countries won’t be affected by the fall of AIG, policyholders are still worried and everyday, there will be a long queue to cancel their policies.
Besides major things to worry about, some people worry whether they will pass their driving tests so much that they commit more mistakes during the test than during their lessons. Students worry so much about getting a particular score that some have been known to attempt suicide. They lost the purpose in life.
When chronic worrying takes over your life, it can be fatal.
